Can we sell on site?
Yes, selling on site is allowed, subject to the show regulations and applicable law.
Are extras available (electricity, furniture, internet)?
Yes, on request. They are included in the quote according to your needs.
Do you offer catering solutions?
Yes, subject to authorisation and compliance with the applicable food-safety rules.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
They are set out in the contract (deposit then balance); cancellation terms appear in the exhibitor regulations.
What are the set-up and take-down times?
They are sent to you once your participation is confirmed, together with access and safety instructions.
